Dr. Lee Ann Skladan was born in Knoxville, TN and grew up in Loudon, TN. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Honors Program. After earning her MD from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in 1998, she remained in Birmingham where she completed her pediatric residency at the Children’s Hospital of Alabama in 2001. Dr. Skladan served as Chief Resident in her program from 2001-2002. In July of 2002, she joined Coastal Children’s Clinic. She lives in New Bern with her husband, Jason, and children, Abbie and Ryan. Dr. Skladan enjoys gardening, reading, yoga, and time with her family.  Dr. Skladan serves patients from Craven & Pamlico Counties including Vanceboro, Grantsboro, Ernul, Dover and Cove City in the New Bern Office and Beaufort, Newport and Morehead City in our Havelock Office.
