Dr. Benjamin J. Copeland was born and raised in Beaufort, NC. After earning his undergraduate degree from East Carolina University, Dr. Copeland graduated from East Carolina University School of Medicine in May of 2001.  He completed his residency in pediatrics in June of 2004 at Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia. He enjoys hunting, fishing, golf and spending time with his wife, Michelle, and two daughters, Charlotte and Meredith. Dr Copeland serves patients from Craven & Pamlico Counties including Arapahoe, Aurora and Bayboro in our New Bern office and Jones County including Jacksonville, Trenton, Pollocksville and Swansboro from our Maysville office.
